Olaf Dau vom Aikido Dojo Altena und Rudolf Preuss unterrichten.\u00a0 Mit dem gemeinsamen Training wollen wir das Jahr ausklingen lassen. Das Training ist diesmal von 13 bis 15:30 Uhr.
